Siemens, in collaboration with NVIDIA, has recently released Simcenter™ STAR-CCM+™ 2022.1 with CUDA-enabled GPU acceleration. This release follows a wider trend in Computational Fluid Dynamics to move towards graphical processing units and is expected to have a huge impact on aerodynamics development by delivering faster turnaround times at a lower hardware investment costs.
