In the midst of the pandemic our aerodynamicist John Michael Hughes, alongside a small team of researchers from University of Wales Trinity Saint David, developed a 3D printed jet respiratory support system to help the NHS in the fight against Covid 19. Their innovative efforts have now been recognised and the team was shortlisted for St David Award under the Innovation, Science and Technology category. The Award recognises extraordinary achievements from people across Wales. Sabe would like to congratulate the whole team from UWTSD and wish them good luck in the award ceremony in April.
